Can these codes be used for different people?
Each voucher has a unique code that can be redeemed for one ticket. You can use these codes together or separately. For example, if you purchase an Adventure 2 Pack, you may redeem both voucher codes for 2 climbers on the same reservation, or you may use one voucher code at a time for different reservation days. The exception to this is the Climb & Throw Combo for 4, which must all be used in a single reservation.
Can these Gift Certificate Vouchers used for Last Call tickets or special events like Glow in the Park?
Most of the current deals can be redeemed for any General Admission 3 Hour climb or a Last Call 2 Hour Climb. They cannot be used for special events, like Glow in the Park. Stay tuned for more deals coming soon! The Climb & Throw Combo for 4 climbing vouchers can be redeemed for a General Admission 3 hour Climb only.
Can I use these Gift Certificate vouchers immediately?
Yes, as long is the Park is open.
Can I use these vouchers at any location of The Adventure Park?
Vouchers can only be redeemed for tickets at the location of The Adventure Park for which they were purchased. Voucher codes purchased on The Adventure Park at the Discovery Museum website can only be redeemed for tickets at The Adventure Park at the Discovery Museum.
Do you offer paper delivery?
Our Gift Certificate Vouchers are delivered instantly via email, but you can also request paper delivery by calling us at 615-610-9500
Can the Gift Certificate Voucher be automatically emailed to my gift recipient?
Yes! When ordering your Gift Certificate Voucher, you will have the option to enter a gift recipient name and email, as well as a message and delivery date. If you would like the Gift Certificate Voucher to be emailed to you, enter your own email. Choose today’s date if you would like your Gift Certificate Voucher emailed instantly.
I have not received my email with my voucher codes. What should I do?
Your Gift Certificate Vouchers are delivered instantly via email. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam filter first. If you are unable to find your email, please contact us and we will resend it to you.
If your gift recipient did not receive their email with your Gift Certificate Vouchers and has checked their email, please contact us.
If I buy 4 Gift Certificate Vouchers, can I purchase a 5th ticket at the discounted rate when I make the reservation?
Any additional tickets can be added at the standard ticket price at the time the reservation is made.
Do these Gift Certificate Vouchers expire?
No! These vouchers have no blackout dates and do not expire.
