General Admission (GA) tickets are valid for two hours of climbing with an additional 30 minutes of orientation that begins at your reservation time.

The Adventure Park wants you to be 100% comfortable and 100% satisfied with your ticket purchase. Yep, some days we plan a fun event and a personal situation or unforeseen weather system spoils the party! No problem. You can cancel your current reservation and bank it for future use. It's that simple. We provide the most flexible cancellation policy in the industry.
