Owl Creek Landing

A concept already established in Europe but the first of its kind in the United States, Owl Creek Landing combines breathtaking views, interactive exploration, and family-friendly fun.  The project is scheduled to break ground in Spring 2024 and open in Summer 2024.

The Opportunity

The Nautilus Observation Tower is a soaring 80-foot-wide by 125-foot-high tower offering 360-degree panoramic views of all of Virginia Beach and its stunning coastline, and once at the top one can descend down the longest stainless steel slide in the U.S., or leisurely come down the fully accessible 1-kilometer spiral ramp.

In addition to the massive observation tower with incredible views, and a super-long thrilling slide, there will be a suspended treetop trails 40 feet above the ground, and unique themed imaginative treehouses, all designed by European specialists, for children ages 2 and up.

We are seeking small dollar ($5,000+) investment partners to join me in creating this iconic landmark that will put Virginia Beach on the tourism map.  For more information, download our Investor Deck.

Potential investors may contact XXX for full details.

This project has already attracted the interest of the industry and has been featured in the trade press, include a recent article in Adventure Park Insider magazine.
